Mark Jiang is a global leader in luxury beauty, retail, e-commerce, and digital strategy. As Vice President at Estée Lauder Companies, he drives digital growth and consumer engagement for TOM FORD BEAUTY across global online and retail channels. Previously, he led global e-commerce and commercial strategy at MAC Cosmetics, shaping the brand’s digital transformation.
With over a decade in China as VP & Brand General Manager for MAC and TOM FORD BEAUTY, Mark played a pivotal role in expanding market presence and strengthening brand leadership in one of the world’s most dynamic beauty markets. He also championed corporate social responsibility, spearheading MAC AIDS Fund donations to UNICEF in support of HIV/AIDS youth education initiatives for many years.
Mark holds an Executive MBA from The Wharton School and an MBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. As a founding member of the Fashion in a Conscious Future Foundation (FICFF), he is passionate about advancing the foundation’s core programs: Stitching Dreams, Legacy in Craft, Women Forward, and Green Thread. These initiatives reflect his commitment to leveraging fashion as a catalyst for sustainable development, education, innovation, and equity.
