Li Jiaqi (Austin Li) is a certified internet marketing specialist, recipient of the Shanghai Youth May Fourth Medal, founder of the Li Jiaqi Charity Foundation, and a core partner of Mei ONE.

Born in Yueyang, Hunan Province in 1992, Li Jiaqi graduated from Nanchang University in 2015 and began his career as a beauty advisor at a Maybelline cosmetics counter, where he repeatedly ranked as the top sales performer. In 2016, he signed with Mei ONE and transitioned into an e-commerce livestreaming host. Since then, together with his team, he has developed multiple
brand IPs, including "Li Jiaqi’s Live" "Li Jiaqi’s Public Welfare," "Li Jiaqi’s Workshop," "Never's Family," "All Girls' Happy Market," and "All Girls' OFFER."

Working closely with Mei ONE, Li Jiaqi has been deeply engaged in the livestreaming e-commerce industry, transforming the livestreaming studio into a new platform for consumer trend insights, brand incubation, and cultural communication. He has innovatively expanded livestreaming
scenarios into diverse cultural settings such as Pet Fair Asia and the Yuyuan Lantern Festival, and introduced interactive livestreams featuring Unitree Robotics. His programs have also helped promote intangible cultural heritage, including Deqing pearl cultivation and Nixi black pottery.
Li Jiaqi has actively supported the development of Chinese domestic brands, helping time-honored brands such as Bright Dairy and Wufangzhai revitalize their market presence, while contributing to the growth of emerging Chinese brands including Perfect Diary and WINONA. In 2025, he partnered with 12 Chinese beauty brands to launch pop-up stores in Paris, and participated in
the China–France Brand Summit Forum, promoting the global expansion of Chinese brands.

Committed to philanthropy, he established Li Jiaqi’s Public Welfare, supporting initiatives in children's education, women's health, animal protection, and disaster relief. His contributions include funding the construction of 20 Hope Primary Schools and donating 10 "Mother's Health
Express" mobile medical vehicles. He has also hosted special livestreaming sessions dedicated to rural revitalization, promoting agricultural products from across China.
In response to the Silk Road E-commerce Initiative, Li Jiaqi has introduced specialty products from partner countries along the initiative into the Chinese market. His charity-driven livestreams have promoted products such as Afghan pine nuts and Ethiopian coffee, helping facilitate international trade and cultural exchange.

He has served as Image Ambassador for the Shanghai "Double Five" Shopping Festival, Promotion Officer for Red Cultural and Creative Products, Image Ambassador for the 2021 Shanghai International Beauty Festival, Youth Promotion Ambassador for the 3rd China International Import Expo (CIIE), Ambassador for the Shanghai Information Consumption Festival, Youth Promotion Officer for the 10th China Flower Expo, and Practitioner of the CIIE Topology Action at the 4th China International Import Expo, actively promoting quality products and cultural initiatives while helping create new consumption scenarios and enhance
urban vitality.
