Connie Wang is a seasoned fashion industry leader with a strong foundation in design and extensive experience in the global apparel supply chain. A graduate of China Textile University with a major in Fashion Design, she combines creative expertise with a strategic understanding of international markets.
Connie previously served as Sourcing Director at QVC Shanghai, overseeing apparel and textile procurement for QVC, the world’s largest TV shopping company. During her 15-year tenure at QVC, she developed a comprehensive skill set in global sourcing, vendor management, and product development. This experience provided her with invaluable cross-cultural insight and deep-rooted connections across the fashion supply chain.
In 2016, Connie founded Chantex, an integrated fashion enterprise offering end-to-end services, including design, R&D, sourcing, production, and export. Building on its success, she launched Wintage USA in 2022, expanding into the American fashion and retail market.
Chantex’s Shanghai headquarters houses a modern production facility featuring a fabric and garment showroom, a sample development studio, and a state-of-the-art digital intelligent hanging production system. This innovative setup enables full digitization, modularization, and standardization of the sampling and manufacturing process—greatly enhancing efficiency and quality control.
